Purchases and subscriptions

We receive subscription status, entitlement, product, and transaction information needed to provide paid features. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Device, analytics, and advertising information

We and our providers may process app version, device and operating-system information, IP address, app events, crash or diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, consent settings, and ad interactions. We do not intentionally send exercise names, weights, health details, or your email address to our product analytics provider.

Workout sharing

Shareable workout images are created on your device. Reprove opens your device's native sharing tools only when you choose to share, and we do not upload the generated image to our servers as part of that process.

Information stored on your device

The app stores authentication information, preferences, and cached data locally to keep you signed in and improve performance.

2. How we use information

  • Provide accounts, workout logging, leaderboards, game progression, social features, and customer support.
  • Personalize the app and generate a suitable starter workout from your onboarding choices.
  • Process subscriptions, purchases, entitlements, and advertising choices.
  • Understand how features are used, improve the Service, diagnose problems, and protect users and systems.
  • Communicate important service or policy changes and comply with legal obligations.

3. Providers and sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Current provider categories include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions.
  • RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management.
  • Amplitude for product analytics.
  • Google AdMob if advertising is enabled for eligible free users.
  • Apple and Google for app distribution, sign-in, payments, and purchase processing.

Other users may see information that is intentionally part of leaderboards or social features. We do not sell personal information.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Contract to provide the Service you request.
  • Consent for optional information, analytics, or advertising where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests to secure, maintain, understand, and improve the Service, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligations when processing is required by law.

5. Your choices and rights

You can edit profile information in the app and manage app permissions in your device settings. Where required, eligible users can reopen advertising privacy choices from the Profile screen. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive a portable copy of information; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, email dev@reprove.app. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the Profile screen in Reprove. You may also request deletion by emailing us from the address connected to your account. Some limited information may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or maintain security.

7. Retention, transfers, and security

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. Providers may process information outside Denmark or the EEA. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children

Reprove is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under the age of legal majority in their country should use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
