These Terms govern your use of the Reprove mobile application and related services operated by Reprove I/S.

By creating an account or using Reprove (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for the security of your account and activity performed through it. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and promptly contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Reprove provides workout planning and logging, personal records, leaderboards, percentile-based medals, social features, shareable results, subscriptions, and game-like progression. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the Service develops.
Leaderboards and medals depend on recorded community data. Rankings, thresholds, and medals may change over time, and we do not guarantee a particular rank or medal.
Reprove provides fitness and wellness information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Personalized or guided workouts are suggestions based on available information and can be edited by you.
Exercise involves risk. Consider your health, experience, environment, and equipment; use appropriate technique; stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or illness; and seek professional advice when needed. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you.
You retain ownership of information and content you submit, such as workout data, notes, display names, and profile images. You grant Reprove I/S a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to use it. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
You agree not to:
Reprove may offer free features, recurring subscriptions, trials, advertising, and in-app purchases. Current price, duration, renewal, trial eligibility, and included benefits are shown before purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings within the time required by that store. Deleting Reprove or your Reprove account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies and applicable law.
For iOS users, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies where relevant.
XP, levels, Workout Power, Essence, classes, modules, medals, and other virtual items are features of the Service. They are licensed, not sold; have no cash or real-world monetary value; cannot be transferred outside the Service; and may be adjusted as needed to operate and balance the Service. Except where required by law, virtual items are not redeemable or refundable.
The Service relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, analytics, subscriptions, payments, distribution, and potentially advertising. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of those services.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation, or that every result, recommendation, ranking, or calculation will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reprove I/S is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
